Yesterday in practice, Silvan brought me a bottle of Extreme Antifog. He has been using it for some time and leaves it on the edge of his pelvis during practice. I was allowed to spray it on my mask or my Google's in between, and I always had perfect, fog-free vision. So he ordered a bottle for me.

Yesterday, I spray on my goggles (with correction glasses) with them and oh miracle: The glasses become very dull and cloud my eyes: The agent has apparently attacked the surface of the plastic.

Whether it was because I opened the bottle freshly and the remedy is more aggressive than usual, I don't know. However, I guess it may have been more because I sprayed the remedy on dry glasses for the first time yesterday, rather than on wet glasses during training as usual.

So be careful with anti-fogging agents on plastic glasses!
