The PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider course is a course for SCUBA divers and freedivers and people who spend a lot of time in the water. This course provides you with the skills to effectively administer emergency oxygen in a diving emergency. You will learn to identify diving injuries and illnesses that require oxygen therapy and how to administer emergency oxygen to breathing or unconscious divers.
As part of the course, you will practise setting up and dismantling oxygen equipment so that you can react quickly in an emergency. You will also learn how to attach a breathing mask and an inhalation valve to a breathable diver.
The PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider course is accessible to all ages and requires no water sessions. It is designed for both divers and non-divers, making it a valuable resource for anyone who spends time in and around the water.
