Why do a PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) course
How long has it been since your last emergency aid course? Do you know how to use a defibrillator (AED)? Do you know what to do if something were to happen to a family member on a hike, a colleague at work or a friend playing sport?
Why is the EFR course important for SCUBA divers and freedivers?
Are you a freediver or SCUBA diver? Do you want to take the next step in your diving career? As divers, we put our bodies under stress and are often in places where professional help is delayed. How do you react if your freediving friend or a passer-by complains of chest pain and collapses unconscious? Learn in this course how to provide the best possible help in such cases. Your moves may not be perfect, but it will be the only help a friend in need can get. Your help is better than the best help that is not given!
