Winter training at the Rheinau indoor pool includes:

Lane rental
Coaching by Andreas Horvath (SSI and PADI Freediving Instructor)
Individual training plan
Rental of silicone monofin
Basic Monofin Freediver course (PADI certification available for an additional fee)
Dynamic No-Fins (DNF) Freediver course (PADI certification available for an additional fee)

Entrance to the indoor pool is not included in this offer.
