    Winter training at the Rheinau indoor pool includes:

    • Lane rental
    • Coaching by Andreas Horvath (SSI and PADI Freediving Instructor)
    • Individual training plan
    • Rental of silicone monofin
    • Basic Monofin Freediver course (PADI certification available for an additional fee)
    • Dynamic No-Fins (DNF) Freediver course (PADI certification available for an additional fee)

    Entrance to the indoor pool is not included in this offer.
