I tested the Lotus in direct comparison with the CETMA Mantra CWT Competition, one of the best carbon fins: Yes, the CWT Competition tracks a touch better than the Lotus. The Lotus is in no way inferior to its big sister in terms of performance and lightness. And the fin can score points when turning and when your diving partner is standing on your feet again: The plastic fin blade is also forgiving of a slightly rougher treatment.

The sizes are tight compared to the foot sections of the Mares Razor/Mares Razor Pro. With 3mm or 5mm socks, go one size up from your actual shoe size. So if you have a shoe size 44, choose 45/46 for the CETMA Lotus.
