Prepare your Wishbone and insert the piece of Dyneema into the Wishbone Insert Tool. Now moisten the Wishbone Insert with a little saliva and press it into the rubber with the Wishbone Insert Tool to a depth of about 2 cm.
Next, tie a restrictor knot, tighten it about 1 cm behind the end of the rubber and the job is done.
