This online course is designed for advanced freedivers transitioning from the Frenzel technique to controlled Mouthfill – with a focus on efficiency, precision, and safety at depth.

From START level to DEEP mastery

This upgrade course builds directly on the START curriculum. You will learn how to transfer your existing control of glottis, tongue, and soft palate to greater depths. The training follows a structured, scientifically based protocol, including both new techniques and a deepening of familiar exercises – all aimed at your next step: safe diving beyond 30 meters.

Online, flexible, and efficient

Like all Share Equalization programs, this upgrade is a DIY online course. You set your own pace and train where and when it suits you best. All materials are available on our platform, including videos, assignments, self-assessments, and practical exercises.
