You want to dive deeper than 30 m but struggle with equalization? The Share Equalization DEEP Course teaches you how to apply Mouthfill with control and efficiency – the key to safe deep diving. Based on scientific protocols, you'll learn how to move air into your headspace to ventilate the Eustachian tubes, even at greater depths.

Who is this course for?

This course is for advanced freedivers with basic equalization skills, looking to dive deeper than 30 m using Mouthfill, Soft Palate control, and conscious use of glottis and tongue.

Learn independently – flexible and location-free

The DEEP Course is a self-paced online course. You decide your pace, repetitions, and practice time. It works on any internet-connected device.

One-on-one coaching with a certified instructor

If you need support, you can book personal training sessions with Andreas Horvath – certified Share Equalization Instructor. Sessions are held online via Zoom or on-site in Felben-Wellhausen, Switzerland.

What will you learn?

• Control of glottis, tongue and mouth: Learn to compress and move air into your headspace.
• Oropharynx/Nasopharynx connection: Understand how these spaces work together for pressure equalization.
• Soft Palate control: Learn to actively manage your soft palate during pressure changes.
• Air Translation: Discover three methods to move air in your headspace, with or without active palate movement.
• Mouthfill/Frenzel Fattah: Build a step-by-step mouthfill technique with controlled glottis and soft palate closure.
